For optimal phot engraving results, we recommend providing a high-resolution image with a minimum of 300 dpi. This ensures that your personalised laser-engraved slate maintains the highest quality. If desired, we can also accommodate additional requests, such as removing backgrounds or adding masking shapes like circles and hearts. Prior to engraving, we will send you a copy of the photo placement for approval, ensuring that every detail is perfect.

The design needs to be of high quality and areas engraved to be shown in black (the engraved area will appear light grey on slate).
For engraving photos onto slate a high-resolution image is required to get the best results (minimum of 300 dpi). 
The back of this slate is able to be engraved (please contact us if this option is required).
If you are using a design from the internet, we recommend sending it as an SVG or DXF file via email or by using the upload file function.
The engraving area must be visible in black and not pixilated if you are using a design.
