40cm comes in 3mm to 4.75mm MDF (dependent on available stock)
50cm and 60cm comes in 6mm MDF (When you place an order for a backing of this particular size, you will receive two parts that measure between 4mm to 4.75mm)
Some assembly required if ordering the backing. 
Wording will be sized to fit best on this sign. 
Due to the nature of laser cutting some staining may remain on the edges and back. 
We recommend using primer prior to painting and giving it a light sand after primer for best results when painting.
