Terms and Conditions of Hydra Laser  

Please take the time to read our Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing your item.

Returns and Refunds
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for item(s) purchased online due to change of mind. In the unlikely event that an item(s) is sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund.

For faulty item(s), the fault will be assessed by the Hydra Laser Team and then either repaired, replaced, or refunded. If you’d like to discuss an incorrect or faulty item(s), please email us at hydralasernz@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving your order. We may ask you to send us a photo of the fault if visible.

Custom Designs
There are no returns/exchanges on any of our Custom Designs unless this is due to a fault on our end. Please ensure that you have entered the correct information when ordering from our website. Once work has started we are unable to provide a refund due to a change of mind.

Intellectual Property Rights for Custom Designs
Unless it is specifically agreed in writing to the contrary, Hydra Laser retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, registered designs, or protection of confidential information in respect of any works undertaken by Hydra Laser for the buyer. Any designs/ artworks supplied by the client stays in the intellectual property rights of the client. If the client supplies copyright material without rights from the owner, it is the clients responsibility to acknowledge this to Hydra Laser. Please always ask permission to use an artist's work before using it in any form.  

Shipping
Flat rate shipping is only available within New Zealand. In the event you are ordering from overseas we will make contact with you in regard to shipping costs. All goods leaving the seller's premises are checked for damages and are adequately packaged. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. The buyer must ensure that the complete order as per the carrier's note has been received before acknowledging to the carrier that the delivery has been received. If there is a shortage of goods delivered or if any of the goods have visible damage to the outer packaging, comments must be made to the carrier's note accordingly.

Property and Risk
Risk, including insurance responsibility, shall pass to the buyer upon delivery by the seller or by the source to the buyer, or by the delivery carrier to the buyer.

If you do not want to pay through our website you can contact us through email at hydralasernz@gmail.com with the product name(s) including the size and colour and we will send you a confirmation email including payment details within 3 working days.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Information on the Website
Modifications and improvements to the seller's products are constantly being made. The seller relies on information from its suppliers and product manufactures. Descriptions, illustrations and literature are therefore not binding on the seller. The seller will make every effort to ensure the product descriptions and prices shown are accurate and up-to-date. However, the seller reserves the right to adjust the actual price charged if the prices shown are incorrect, and to vary our prices and product descriptions at any time without notice.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If the goods are acquired for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded in relation to the goods. If the goods are acquired for purposes other than a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and these terms and conditions shall be interpreted subject to the purchaser's rights under the Act.

Privacy Policy
What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. 

What do we use your information for? Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs),To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you),To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs),To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Payment and Debt Recovery
For all purchases made electronically, the name that will appear on your statement will be Hydra Laser 

In general, we require payment before we begin any work as this usually is a non-reversible process and we cannot restock or return items. Extended terms and conditions, such as deposits, may be negotiated before your job begins. We will confirm any such conditions via email, if applicable.

Should your payment be dishonoured, be withdrawn, or otherwise become unavailable to us, we reserve the right to collect your debt through an external agency and pass the cost of collection on to you. 

Further conditions are:
You agree to pay Hydra Laser invoices by the due date stated on the Hydra Lasers valid invoice
Claims arising from invoices must be made within 14 working days.
All overdue invoices bear interest at 18% per annum ( 2% per month ) on unpaid balance. There is also a $20 return payment fee for any credit cards or automatic withdrawals.
In the event of default of payment when due, all costs of collection, including legal fees and court costs, shall be paid by you, the client.
Any credit extended to the customer or applicant may be reduced or eliminated in the event Hydra Laser, in its reasonable discretion, determines that the applicant's financial situation or ability to pay is impaired.
Hydra Laser reserves the right to transfer your debt to any party we deem necessary to aid in the pursuit of your debt.
You, the Client authorises Hydra Laser to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied, for any credit application or where payment has become overdue.
You, the Client guarantees to make good any overdue charges owed to Hydra Laser in the event of you, the Client being placed in receivership, ceasing trading or being wound up.
In the event of going into receivership, being wound up, ceasing trading, or non-payment you the customer, authorised person, and/or director of the customer, agree to be individually and personally liable and to honour any outstanding debts and costs.
